These terms cover the forkbell.app website and the pre-launch waitlist. Terms for the Forkbell app itself will be published when the app is released.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves a place in the order invites are sent. It does not guarantee access by a particular date. We may change the launch timeline, the features described on this site, or the order in which invites go out, and we will tell the list when we do.
Referral positions are a courtesy. We remove credit for referrals that come from disposable addresses, self-referrals, or automated signups.
Not medical advice
Forkbell provides nutrition and training information for general purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Calorie and nutrient figures are estimates drawn from published sources and your own entries, and they carry the uncertainty those sources have.
Your conduct
Don't try to break the site, scrape the waitlist, or sign up on behalf of people who haven't asked you to.
Content and trademarks
The Forkbell name, mark and site content belong to the maker of Forkbell. Blog posts may be quoted with a link back.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or reliance on information on it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Karnataka, India.
